Resort FAQ

  • Drop off and pick up available 24 hours, by appointment
  • We do not have specific drop off and pick up times. You will be charged per calendar day. You are charged for the whole day and can pick up or drop off when it’s convenient for you.
  • You will not be charged for the day of departure if you pick up before noon.
  • All dogs receive a free bath on exit. If you would like your pet to receive spa/grooming services, just let our staff know and we can tell you the additional fees.
  • Since we have a veterinarian clinic at Snug, we are more than happy to give your pet needed vaccines or a fecal test on entry.
  • Feel free to call or email to check in on your pet during the stay. We would love to give you a progress report and update.
  • We are open 7 days a week, except for major holidays.
  • Please make sure you provide us with any emergency contacts or methods to reach you while your pet is staying with us.
  • If your trip changes and you need your pet to stay an extra day or so, just give us a call or email and we will be happy to make sure your pet’s stay is comfortable and safe.
  • If you have booked a reservation and have to cancel for any reason, please let us know 48 hours before your reserved day.
  • All boarding fees are due at exit. During the holidays, you will need to reserve your pet’s stay with a credit card. We accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express.
  • There is almost nothing we can’t do for your pet while he or she is with us. If your pet has special needs or if you just want them to have special care, don’t hesitate to ask. We are happy to accommodate.
