Rules and Regulations for Boarding at our Pet Resort
To be the best we can be for you and your pet, there are some very important rules we must follow to ensure all the animals staying here at SNUG Pet Resort remain safe, happy and healthy. Our Canine Friends:
- Current DHPP or Titer test for DHPP
- Bordetella vaccines every 6 months (protects against kennel cough)
- Rabies vaccines (if dog is under 1 year vaccines is good for 1 year if older than a year vaccine is good for 3 years)
- Negative fecal test within the past 6 months (checking for parasites)
- Your own dog food that you feed from home. Packaged and ready to feed for the amount of days your dog will be staying with us. We do this so we will not upset your dog’s stomach with a drastic change in food. We want the stay for your pet to be as stress-free as possible. Frozen Raw food and canned foods are welcome.
- Blankets, toys and any other personal belongings marked with identification.
- Crates are not need but can be stored
- Leashes and collars will be returned to you immediately upon check in.
- All contracts and waivers have been read over and signed.
- Emergency Contact has been provided for our records.
- Please fill out the forms and bring with you before coming in to save time when you check in: Boarding Check In Sheet and Medication History Boarding.
- Our Feline Friends:
- Yearly FVRCP vaccine
- Yearly Leukemia vaccine
- Rabies vaccines (if cat is under a year (1) old vaccines are good for 12 months; if older than a year (1) vaccine is good for up to three (3) years)
- Your own cat food that you feed from home. Packaged and ready to feed for the amount of days your cat will be staying with us. We do this so we will not upset your cat’s stomach with a drastic change in food. We want the stay for your pet to be as stress
- Blankets, toys and any other personal belongings marked with identification.
- Kitty Carriers are required upon entrance and can be stored until your return.
- Collars are allowed and will remain on your kitty.
- All contracts and waivers have been read over and signed.
- Emergency Contact has been provided for our records.
