Coronavirus

Fellow Petlovers,

Due to the Coronavirus, COVID-19, as well as CDC and government recommendations Snug Pet Resort & Animal Hospital will be altering some of our operations at this time until further notice to protect our employees, pet parents and their families.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we will be happy to consider special cases, just e-mail info@snugpetresort.com or call 858-643-0010 with your situation, we will do all we can to help care for your pet while maintaining social distancing and hygiene requirements.

• Daycare is cancelled for the next two weeks, starting again on 4/1/2020 unless something else changes or new information develops.
• We are still taking in pets for day stay, training and boarding, but not daycare.
• Our hours will be modified to 8am – 5pm daily staring March 19, 2020.  Again, we will allow for special circumstances, just email or call for special requests.
• We WILL still have overnight care.
• Veterinary hours are 8-12 Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Special or emergency circumstances, please call or email.
• Training Classes on Wednesdays and Saturdays will be suspended until further notice.   We are available for training appointments and lessons that allow for social distancing. Boot camp training will continue at this time, but we may need to delay your pet’s entry date to allow social distancing and good hygiene to be maintained.

We hope to protect our team members and your health and appreciate your patience during this trying time.  Please understand that if you come to Snug the doors may be closed but rest assured, we are at the facility working.
